We all saw Emma Watson graduate this year, but who else has worn the cap and gowns?
1. Lisa Kudrow
Most famed for her role as kooky Phoebe Buffay in Friends, the real-life Lisa Kudrow is quite the contrary. She has a bachelor’s degree in Psychobiology from Vassar College. “THIS IS BRAND NEW INFORMATION!”
2. Sean Penn
Famed for many things; acting, screenwriting, film directing, political activism, marrying Madonna… but few know that he majored in Auto Mechanics at Santa Monica College.
3. Rowan Atkinson
It may be hard to look past the clumsy exterior of the beloved Mr Bean, but comedian and actor Rowan Atkinson is also an Oxford MSs Electrical Engineering graduate. It was during his time at Oxford that he met Four Weddings and a Funeral writer Richard Curtis, with whom he later co-wrote the Blackadder series, abandoning his original ambition to become an electrical engineer.

Irish funnyman Dara O’Briain showed his serious side when he studied Maths and Theoretical Physics at University College, Dublin, during the early 1990s.

Not just a pretty face, Desperate Housewife, Eva Longoria, holds a degree in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University. She also graduated in May 2013 with a master’s degree in Chicago Studies from California State University. Congrats, Eva!
