A couple of weeks ago RAG got a bunch of the Reading sport societies naked and took a bunch of photos of them for your pleasure. Calendars are being sold at £12 or two for £20 in RUSU with the money going towards RAG’s chosen charities.

4. They are launching a food bank for Readifood.

Got any spare food or anything that you’ll probably just throw away when you go home for Christmas? Don’t waste it, give it to charity! Collection points will be in halls receptions, campus central, london road campus and student activities

5. On Tuesday you could potentially save a life with Give a Spit.

RAG has teamed up with Reading Marrow to give students the chance to sign up to the Anthony Nolan bone marrow register. all you need to do is fill in a form and give a spit sample, you’ll then be on the register until you’re 60. There is a 1 in 100 chance in your lifetime of being a match for someone with blood cancer such as Leukaemia. You can then go on to donate your stem cells in a process similar to giving blood and potentially save a person’s life. Get down to RUSU on the 3rd between 11-3.
