A new study by StuRents has revealed the most dangerous university cities in England & Wales. Over 500,000 crimes were analysed in 64 towns and cities, showing where students are most likely to be exposed to high levels of crime.

Although the crimes affected both students and non-students, the study focuses on crimes committed in “student areas” such as near halls of residence.

Here are the 10 most dangerous places to be a student, as defined by number of crimes per thousand people.
